This was official Watchout training from Dataton, the company that makes the software, delivered through the Dataton Certified Academy. The course covered every aspect of Watchout, the multi-display media server software used for show video and projection, and for each area the Dataton trainer worked through practical examples of how it is used on real productions. The trainer led the sessions remotely, with each participant building and running Watchout shows on their own laptop and screens, and part of the training took place in the control room.
