Lighting News – ETC Trip

Paul, Don and Yasser from the Royal Opera House Muscat Technical & Lighting Departments recently travelled to the USA for a professional visit to Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC). The visit provided an opportunity to gain valuable insight into ETC’s latest technologies and developments across its extensive range of theatrical lighting solutions. The team explored ETC’s Eos lighting control systems, Source Four and ColorSource LED fixtures, automated lighting, power control and distribution, auditorium lighting, architectural controls and other technologies designed for modern performance venues. The visit offered an excellent opportunity to strengthen technical knowledge, share industry experience and explore potential technologies that could support the continued development of lighting operations at ROHM.       June 2026
